OUR DOCTORS

Meet Jade Wienbar, ND

My path to naturopathic medicine grew from an admiration for the human body- its complexity, resilience, and capacity to heal. I’m drawn to this work because it allows me to combine curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based care to support people in feeling more connected to their bodies and confident in their health decisions

My clinical practice focuses on women’s health, gastrointestinal health, mental health, and chronic disease. I have particular passion for supporting patients with metabolic concerns, autoimmunity, and the transitional phases of perimenopause and menopause.

My approach is thorough and integrative, combining conventional and functional lab testing with a commitment to understanding each person as a whole. I take the time to listen carefully, exploring not just symptoms, but also lifestyle, history, and personal health goals. Together, we look at the full picture to develop a care plan that feels supportive and effective.

I recognize that women are often misunderstood, overlooked, or dismissed within the healthcare system. I’m committed to creating a space where people feel truly heard and acknowledged, and their health concerns are met with both empathy and  solutions.

In my free time, I love exploring new recipes and enjoying good food, being in nature, and spending quality time with my dog. Finding joy in the simple moments of life helps me stay grounded and inspired.
